Acceptance Checklist

Use this before accepting a drafted blog post.

Scope

  • The draft follows article_spine.md or records why it deviates.
  • Every section satisfies its entry in section_paragraph_plans.md.
  • The draft does not try to include every concept with equal weight.
  • The post reads as one argument, not ten stitched notes.

Claims

  • Every broad claim is allowed by claims_ledger.md.
  • Strong claims are supported by the relevant claim ladder.
  • The draft distinguishes: candidate generation; verification; digestion; question selection.
  • The draft does not claim that AI cannot do real mathematics.
  • The draft does not claim that AI will automate all intellectual work.
  • The draft does not use unverified sources as public evidence.

Sources

  • Public citations are drawn from verified sources in source_map.md.
  • All unverified references are either removed or left as explicit TODOs outside the public draft.
  • Source claims are not stronger than the source supports.
  • The final .qmd, if created, has a bibliography path and valid citation keys.

Prose

  • The draft follows style_contract.md.
  • No “framework”, “paradigm”, “key insight”, “crucially”, or “central idea” unless the sentence has been explicitly approved.
  • No paragraph mainly advertises the structure of the post.
  • No section begins with a broad rhetorical claim when it could start with an object or example.
  • The draft uses concrete nouns: proof, checker, theorem, question, benchmark, student, community, prize, feedback.
  • Long abstract nouns are replaced where possible.
  • Body sections are substantial paragraphs, not bullet lists converted into prose.
  • Paragraphs vary sentence length and have internal flow.
  • No staccato sequence of isolated claims.

Structure

  • The opening reaches feedback cost quickly.
  • The unit-distance example appears before broad claims about synthesis debt.
  • Education appears after community/digestion, not before the mechanism is established.
  • Plateau and AGI appear near the end, after feedback cost has been defined.
  • Labor/replacement appears at the end, not as the opening hook.

Mechanical Checks

  • No TODOs remain in public prose.
  • No broken local links.
  • No non-ASCII characters unless intentionally used for names or existing site style.
  • Headings are concise.
  • Citations compile.
  • The post has a clear title and no abstract.
